PTFE Coated O-Rings are precision elastomeric sealing rings treated with an ultra-thin, permanently bonded dry fluoropolymer resin coating. Designed to eliminate natural rubber surface tackiness and drastically reduce breakout friction, PTFE-coated O-rings enable seamless high-speed automated bowl feeding and manual insertion without messy oil or grease lubrication. Unlike full solid PTFE rings that suffer from plastic creep, coated O-rings preserve 100% of the underlying elastomer's elastic rebound while delivering a slick, dry-lubricated outer skin. We manufacture custom PTFE coated O-rings in NBR, EPDM, Silicone, and FKM with customizable vibrant colors for instant visual identification and assembly error-proofing.
