Fabric Reinforced Hoses are advanced multi-layer composite conduits engineered to deliver the superior flexibility of rubber with the dramatically enhanced burst strength and dimensional stability of woven textile reinforcement. By embedding one or more plies of high-tenacity polyester, nylon, or aramid braid between inner and outer elastomer layers, these hoses resist ballooning under internal pressure and collapsing under external vacuum. Widely specified for demanding hydraulic systems, steam lines, chemical transfer, and high-purity food and beverage applications, we manufacture custom fabric reinforced hoses in Silicone, EPDM, and NBR to your exact pressure ratings and dimensional specifications.

High-tenacity textile reinforcement
Incorporates precision-angled polyester, nylon, or Aramid (Kevlar®) braid layers between rubber plies, multiplying burst pressure ratings and providing superior resistance to kinking and ovalization.
Anti-collapse vacuum resistance
The structural integrity of the woven reinforcement layer prevents tube wall collapse under negative pressure (vacuum), ensuring uninterrupted, unrestricted flow in suction and transfer lines.
Multi-ply custom construction
Engineered in single, double, or multi-ply textile configurations to achieve the exact balance of flexibility and pressure performance required for your specific operating conditions.
Food & medical grade compliance
