FKM X-Rings (also known as Quad-Rings or Star-Rings) are premium four-lobed sealing components designed for the most demanding industrial environments. ❓ Can I replace an O-ring with an X-ring in my current groove?

Yes. Quad-Rings are designed to fit standard O-ring grooves. In most cases, they outperform O-rings in the same geometry.

❓ Why is FKM more expensive than NBR (Nitrile)?

FKM offers vastly superior heat and chemical resistance. For applications above 100°C or exposure to aggressive fuels, FKM is necessary to prevent seal failure.

❓ What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For stock AS568 sizes, the MOQ is low (typically 100-500 pcs). For custom sizes requiring new tooling, please contact our engineering team.
