One: hue
Hue refers to the vividness of silicone products after coloring.
Two: coloring power
Coloring force refers to the influence of the color of the silicone paste itself on the whole mixture of rubber. The stronger the coloring force is, the greater the influence on the color of rubber, so as to reduce the amount of silicone paste and reduce the cost. Generally speaking, silica gel color paste particle diameter decreases, color power increases.
Three: covering power
Masking power refers to the ability of the silicone tint to prevent light from penetrating the silicone. Covering power is used for the transparency of the surface of the silicone paste. The greater the covering power, the worse the transparency. The size of the covering power depends on the difference between the refraction rate and the refraction rate of the silicone paste. The covering power of inorganic silicone paste is large, which is only suitable for large transparent color silicone products (transparent and colored silicone products), while the organic silicone paste cover is small, which is suitable for colored transparent silicone products.
Four: dispersion
Silica gel color paste in silica gel should be easy to evenly dispersed, only silica gel color paste with tiny particles evenly dispersed in rubber, in order to get excellent coloring effect.
Five: thermal stability
Thermal stability refers to the color silicone rubber material in the process of heat, especially at high temperature (130~ 170°C)] vulcanization, silicone rubber color will not produce decomposition or coloring, with steam resistance.
Five: weather resistance
Refers to the resistance and light resistance of silica gel to ozone. From the optical point of view, the shorter the wavelength of light, the more serious the damage to the rubber in the process of irradiation.
