In September 24th,in order to enrich the entertainment life of employees, increase communication among employees, enhance cohesion, and stimulate team vitality,our company planed to organize an indoor team expansion activity----badminton, with the theme of "passing happiness and striving together". We hope to build a team of solidarity, mutual assistance, passion and responsibility through this activity. At the same time, it also allows employees to relax in the natural environment, adjust the pace, and more passionate to meet the next stage of work.
Colorful experiential training enables us to realize what a team is: a team is a whole, and each person in the team is an individual. Only by trusting and helping each other can individuals build an efficient team. A good team needs a sincere wisdom of decision makers, more need a group of excellent performers, both of which are indispensable.Through Team Santa, Snake and other team building activities, we deeply understand: unity is strength, a good team should have these characteristics:
1. Unity. If a team is not united, then the team will never succeed, this is the most fundamental factor.
2. Trust. The team members should trust and recognize each other. They should not complain about little things, so that the whole team will stop moving forward. Therefore, we should trust more and complain less.
3. Help each other. The players should help and support each other. When people are united, Taishan moves. If the team is cohesive, it will be one step closer to success.
4. Sense of responsibility. It is also very important for the team to have a sense of responsibility. When some uncertain factors happen to a member of a team, everyone should take their own responsibility instead of shirking their own responsibility.
