Fluorine rubber O - ring is one of the commonly used O - ring. It is widely used for its good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. How many degrees of high temperature can fluorine rubber O-ring withstand? What about hardness and compression?

High temperature resistance :-25~280℃. Some special perfluorinated rubbers can be used at temperatures up to 300℃

Hardness :50-85 degrees, common hardness of 70 degrees.

Color: Adjustable, general black is the common fluorine rubber O-ring seal

Pressure :10-20Mpa

Scope of application: Can be used in all kinds of automotive, electronics, aerospace, shipbuilding, metallurgy, machinery and so on requirements of high precision, high temperature resistance, high wear resistance, harsh conditions of the working environment.

Applicable media: fuel oil, hydraulic oil, organic solvent, concentrated acid, strong bismuth agent, lubricating oil, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, synthetic oil, etc.

Not suitable media: brake oil, ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitro-containing mixtures;

The main characteristics of fluorine rubber are high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, and has good aging resistance and ozone resistance, and the permeability is also very low. It still has very good wear resistance even under very bad working conditions. The fluorine rubber can withstand operating temperatures of +200 degrees or below and also allow short periods of operation without oil.
