❓ What is the difference between TC and TB profiles for B2B ordering?

The internal lip geometry is identical. However, the TC profile is completely encased in rubber, making it easier to install without damaging soft aluminum housings. The TB profile has an exposed metal shell, which provides a much stronger friction-fit for cast-iron or steel housings, ensuring the seal doesn't back out under thermal expansion.

❓ When should I specify FKM (Viton®) over standard NBR?

Use standard NBR for temperatures up to 100°C and common hydraulic oils. If your application involves high-speed shafts generating friction heat above 120°C, or involves aggressive synthetic gear oils, specifying FKM/Viton is mandatory to prevent the seal lip from becoming brittle and failing.
