Rubber Square Rings (also known as Washer Rings or Rectangular Seals) are high-precision sealing components with a square or rectangular cross-section. Unlike traditional O-rings, which have a circular profile, Square Rings provide a larger contact surface area, making them exceptionally stable in high-pressure static applications.

Designed to eliminate the risk of spiral failure and rolling, our Square Rings are the preferred choice for hydraulic flange seals, cap seals, and industrial valve assemblies. The defining characteristic of the Square Ring is its four-sided geometry. The flat surfaces create a uniform pressure distribution across the entire sealing face, which effectively handles high torque and vibration without losing integrity. This profile is particularly effective in grooves where a circular O-ring might be prone to "nibbling" or extrusion at the clearance gap.
