❓ How do I specify the right hardness if I don't know my machine's vibration frequency?

Our engineering team uses these inputs to calculate the required natural frequency of the isolation system, which determines the target Shore A. For complex multi-axis vibration problems, we can recommend a third-party vibration measurement service to acquire actual frequency spectrum data before compound selection.

❓ What is your minimum order quantity for a fully custom molded bumper?

For prototype and validation runs, our MOQ is 100 pieces per size and compound. For serial production, MOQ is typically 500–1,000 pieces depending on part size and mold cavity count.
