Q 1. Could you please tell us the month capacity of your products ?
Different products has differnet month capacity. For example, rubber o-rings. We export more than USD100,00 to oversea market every month. If we do a calculation on weight, it is about 1500ton we make every month.
Q 2. what kind of certificates you have ?
Our company is ISO9001:2015 certified. Also for material, we have many certificates. Such as food grade certificate, UL, ROhs and REACH, and so on. If you need any certificate, we can send sample for your testing.
Q 3: How to check the quality of the bulk order?
We will send the sample checking first. Once we get the approval from customer, then we will proceed the mass production. Also we will submit the internal inspection report, including dimension report, material report, certificate of quality and so on. PPAP is available. If need third party for inspection, that is ok for us.
Q 4: How to select the raw compound for my application?
Our engineer have much experience on rubber compound. They can mix compound per your working condition, working environment. Also we are able to mix the high temperature resistance material.
Q 5: Do you use any international standards for the rubber products?
A: Yes, we mainly use ASTM D2000 standard to define the quality of the rubber materials, tolerances as per ISO3302, ISO2768, etc.
