A: Normally, we can offer 1000 pcs/day, but plus preparation, basically we need 7 days. However from preparation to finish, 7 days we finish around 5000 pcs; 15 days we can finish 10000 pcs. However you need confirm the delivery time with sales rep before order.
Q2:Do you take responsibility to the production you sold us?
A:We guarantee our hose quality before shipping, and take responsibility to every piece of the silicone hose, auto hose we produced. If really, sometimes, your received indeed problem hose, if it is our production problem after investigation, we will take 100% responsibility, or credit, or replace
