❓ Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom colors?

For custom colors using existing open molds, MOQ is typically 1,000 pcs. Custom RAL or Pantone color-matched compounds require a minimum of 5,000 pcs per color due to the compound preparation and color-consistency validation process.

❓ Will the slit on an open-hole grommet stay closed once installed in the panel?

Yes. The retention mechanism is the panel groove compression, not the slit itself. Once the grommet flange snaps into the panel cutout, the sheet metal walls on both sides of the groove compress the rubber laterally, forcing the slit faces together.
