Size customization:

support non-standard flange size (e.g. DN800 large diameter, DN10 small diameter) customization, according to the actual sealing surface size of the flange (OD, ID, bolt hole position) processing, to ensure accurate fit.

Material Enhancement:
High Pressure Type: 30% glass fiber is added to increase the compressive strength to 25MPa, suitable for high pressure pipelines.

Wear-resistant: 15% carbon fiber added to increase wear resistance by 50%, used for flange connection with slight vibration.

Structural design: shaped structures with locating rings and bolt hole avoidance slots can be processed; support for full-plate cutting or molding to meet the consistency requirements of bulk orders.
